Aldo Esposito - Proprietor Aldo grew up in a large family who were well accustomed to the catering industry.  Running not only a small farm which produced fresh meat, olive oil and wine, but also a traditional restaurant and pizzeria which used the homegrown ingredients. He came to England in 1987 from Sorrento on the Amalfi coast where his expertise in hospitality then developed over 28 years as a restaurant manager in a family run hotel in East Sussex. It was always his dream to one day own his own restaurant and 3 years ago his dream came true and La Bella Vista was born.

Gianluca Tozzi - Head Chef Gianluca grew up in Manfredonia, a coastal town in Puglia on the South East coast of Italy. His grandmother Carla was a huge influence on him, and many of his recipes are inspired by her. He studied at the world renowned Instituto Eccelsa in Alberobello. Having worked all over Italy, Gianluca moved to Hastings in 2015. His passion is seafood and he enjoys creating new and exciting dishes using fish from local harbours.

Franco Esposito - Manager As our most experienced member of staff and Aldo's brother, Franco has a lifetime of catering knowledge. He is a service institution after having worked all across Europe. When not in the restaurant charming our customers, Franco can very often be seen walking his little dog, Tango along the St Leonard's seafront.

Rosa Verrino - Pâtissier Rosa grew up in Calabria, Southern Italy. She moved to the UK just 4 years ago. Her experience as a pâtissier has developed from a catering career in Milan.
