Gianluca Tozzi - Head Chef
Gianluca grew up in Manfredonia, a coastal town in Puglia on the South East coast of Italy. His grandmother Carla was a huge influence on him, and many of his recipes are inspired by her. He studied at the world renowned Instituto Eccelsa in Alberobello. Having worked all over Italy, Gianluca moved to Hastings in 2015. His passion is seafood and he enjoys creating new and exciting dishes using fish from local harbours.
